From the end of October until Christmas the white truffle 10 weeks' season is running and proving to be one of the most profitable seasons in the hospitality industry.
Cities all over the world begin the craze, and so from Tokyo to New York, from Dubai to Sao Paolo, truffles become the stars of menus, when both Chefs and diners indulge on these expensive treasures.
UMAI'S BRAVE VENTURE
Umai is one the restaurants at theOberoi's Dubai and it serves modern Asian cuisine, anything from sushi and teppanyaki to hand-pulled noodles. The ambiance is understated sophistication reflecting the Asian settings that we come to love like wood and marble stone.
