Like I said in the article where I explained how to make The Doozy, I don't do exact measurements with my cooking. That's something that you are not taught to do when growing up in Italy, you measure with "your eye". Besides "measuring with my eye", I measure with the tools that I have, in this case my own blender which has a 500 ml liquids capacity.
HOW TO MAKE THE SIMPLY BERRY SMOOTHIE
1) Put in your blender: - A handful of blueberries - A handful of raspberries - A handful of strawberries - 1 medium banana - 75 ml of pure organic coconut milk - 150 ml of pure organic coconut water - 1 table spoon of quinoa powder - 1 table spoon of milled flaxseed 2) Blend it all up for a couple of minutes. 3) Enjoy! |
